Rock and Ice Releases Top 10 Climbing Cities
I'm about a month behind the times on this article, but I get all my magazines for free if I wait a month. I am poor so living a month behind is a sacrifice I'm willing to make.  As many of you may or may not know most of the staff of Gear-Addicts hails from Boise, Idaho.  We were rather excited and dismayed to see Boise ranked the Second best climbing city.  Dismayed because we really don't want you moving here (just kidding any cute  single 19-25y/o females that climb feel free come on over).
The main guidelines for the ranking was "places where you'd actually want to live." Â Things that were looked at were the local scene, cool activities to do in your spare time, price of living, and of course fantastic climbing.
Cities:
- Chattanooga, Tennessee
- Boise, Idaho
- Ogden, Utah
- South Lake Tahoe, California
- Leavenworth, Washington
- New Paltz, New York
- Fayetteville, West Virginia
- Vancouver, British Colombia
- Flagstaff, Arizona
- Boone, North Carolina
